📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons for preschool-aged children.
  • Create a fun and interactive learning environment that promotes language acquisition and cognitive development.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and educators.
  • Collaborate with a team of teachers and staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.
  • Participate in school events and activities, fostering a love for learning in children.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
  • TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English to young learners.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to early childhood education.
