📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of broiler chickens.
• Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure animal welfare.
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment, including feeders, drinkers, and ventilation systems.
• Conduct regular health checks and vaccinations, and manage disease prevention programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Optimize farm productivity by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of farm activities, including production, feed usage, and health data.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth farm operations and resolve any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in broiler farm management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of animal husbandry, poultry management, and biosecurity protocols.
• Familiarity with farm management software, such as FarmVista or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a team and lead farm staff.
• Valid veterinary license or certification in poultry management.
• Experience with automated feeding systems and climate control technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
