📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
• Manage and maintain financial records using Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a focus on Australian accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in Australian accounting standards (e.g., CPA Australia, CAANZ) is a plus.
