📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize channel strategies to drive sales growth and enhance partner relationships.
• Manage and develop channel partners, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
• Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine the channel management framework.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, retail, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing partner relationships.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in retail and distribution.
