📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Reconcile accounts payable with bank statements and other financial records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up with vendors on overdue payments.
- Prepare and submit monthly accounts payable reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end closing processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks or other accounting software.
