📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
• Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content calendars and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
• Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots for marketing materials.
• Contribute to the development of our brand's visual identity and voice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
