As a Group Consolidation Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting the Group's financial close, and providing valuable insights to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Group's financial close by preparing and reviewing financial statements, including the consolidation of financial results from various entities.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting regular reconciliations and analyzing financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, including variance analyses and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team during peak periods, such as year-end and quarterly closings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions using SAP and other relevant software.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial accounting and reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures within the Group.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation techniques.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other financial software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is a must, with Bahasa Indonesia being an advantage.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
