Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit technical documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Assist in the development of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation,Provide technical support to customers and users by answering questions and resolving issues related to our products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable way,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
