📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate performance.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
