Indah Medika Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) to support the FAT Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and tax, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Supervise a team of accountants and tax professionals, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.,Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and tax filings.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure financial integrity.,Provide regular reports to the FAT Manager and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
