📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to support management decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their accounting skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company's financial planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
