📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with local and international accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and management accounts.,Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management on strategic financial decisions.,Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and management.,Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Experience with financial software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
