Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment during construction projects. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs for construction projects.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education on SHE practices to employees and contractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with national and international SHE regulations and standards.,Collaborate with project teams to integrate SHE considerations into project planning and execution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date SHE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in SHE management, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification in SHE management, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international SHE regulations and standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
