📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including medical and nursing assessments, treatments, and procedures.,Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.,Administer medications as prescribed by the medical team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans.,Assist with the coordination of patient referrals and follow-ups with other healthcare providers.,Participate in staff meetings and other team activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Registered Nurse (S1 Keperawatan) with a valid nursing license.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.,Willingness to work in a small, family-owned healthcare facility.
