📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in Mandarin.
• Manage and maintain customer records and sales data using our in-house CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and exhibitions.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials in Mandarin.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department, including document preparation and filing.
• Assist in training new staff on our products and services.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
