📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and employees.,Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal arguments in court or other legal proceedings.,Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.,Advise on employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus.
