📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by leading a team of banquet staff.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services.,Manage banquet budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety standards.,Handle client inquiries and address any issues that may arise during events.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
