📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in Math and Science for students aged 3-18.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Nearpod to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure student success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international curriculum setting.
• Strong knowledge of international curriculum standards, such as the International Baccalaureate (IB), Common Core, or Cambridge International Examinations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in teaching Math and Science, such as the National Professional Teaching Standards (NPT) or equivalent.
• Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
