📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Maluku, Ambon, and Papua.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare customers.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the medical device industry.
• Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare providers on the use and benefits of our medical devices.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all sales and marketing regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively.
