📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Certification as a Guidance and Counseling Teacher, preferably from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in guidance and counseling, with a focus on elementary and junior high school levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language and culture.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft Office, and learning management systems.
