📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient vehicle utilization and route planning.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, and coordinate repairs as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage fuel and other operational costs, and ensure they are within budget.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status to management.,Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and insured.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
