📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial targets are met.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization's overall goals are met.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement any necessary changes to improve departmental performance.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the department operates in a safe and compliant manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business administration, management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee production, processing, and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Proven track record of success in managing budgets and financial targets.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.🛠️ Keahlian
