📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the rail and infrastructure sector.
• Lead and manage a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and government agencies to secure strategic partnerships and long-term business opportunities.
• Oversee the development and execution of commercial proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Drive the implementation of commercial best practices and process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the rail and infrastructure sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role within the rail, infrastructure, or construction industry.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, business development, or project management.
• Strong understanding of the rail and infrastructure sector, including regulatory frameworks, procurement processes, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Familiarity with commercial software and tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Hold a relevant degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Possess a valid passport and be willing to relocate to Canggu, Bali, for this role.
