📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive the growth of our education programs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and other relevant documents to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and make recommendations for improvement.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay updated on the latest developments and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the education industry and its stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant business tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
