📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of stylists and assistants to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage the branch's budget, ensuring profitability and financial stability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with beauty industry trends and technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
