📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Monitor and manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Assist in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols.,Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
