📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies that align with PERSOL's sustainability goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, government bodies, and community leaders.
• Organize and execute community events, workshops, and initiatives to foster engagement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue partnership opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with local community trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance engagement strategies.
• Represent PERSOL at community events and conferences, both locally and internationally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in community engagement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, or a similar role in the corporate sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with community engagement tools and software such as Salesforce, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
