📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Reconcile accounts payable with bank statements and other financial records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices to vendors while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up with vendors on overdue payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly accounts payable reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end closing processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
